Favorite Sprouts & Recipes?

I'm getting a three tier bean sprouter in about 5 days(so excited)!! I remember making bean sprout and peanutbutter sandwiches in college all the time...YUMMO :)>>>

My question is, what is your favorite sprout and your favorite sprout recipes? I'm going to be having a lot of sprouts on my hands and want to do more than stick them in peanutbutter ;)

Beansprouts and peanut butter? That sounds interesting!! :D
Perhaps you could expand on that and make a thai style stir fry with them and create your own peanut sauce?

Yeah, I'm overly excited about sprouting too. My sprouter came today! Me, hubby & daughter love sprouts but were just to expensive to buy in the store. My daughter is the only one in her family that loves sprouts, so when I visit her every few weeks, I'll be taking her fresh sprouts ;)b

Even if I do get tired of sprouting, hubby won't because I think he actually goes into depression in the winter months when he can't garden. Gardening is his passion...I call it his "other woman" :D

I really like to eat mung bean sprouts.  They're great on/in so many things and you can cook them or eat them raw or have them on different foods.  Good source for greens in the diet too.
