So I've been wanting to make dehydrated kale chips for awhile and I finally got a dehydrator for Christmas! My first batch of kale chips didn't turn out so great--they seemed to spoil very quickly--and I was told they might not have dehydrated enough. What are your tips and tricks for dehydrating? What are your favorite recipes?

And, my dehydrator only has a high and low setting instead of numbered degrees. How do I know what this translates to in numbers?
