So beyond melting carob chips and drizzling them on pretzels, cookies, etc...

Decided to start this topic because my brother's girlfriend cannot have chocolate at all due to her fibromyalgia.

I could use some good recipe suggestions involving carob powder or carob chips because I think it is a crime to not be able to enjoy chocolate confections...and I feel bad that she is sort of left out during our get togethers...

So any and all links or suggestions are appreciated!
