Anyone know why Silk Creamer separates?

Why is it that 1 out of every three containers of Silk Creamer I buy has kind of curdled when I open and use it?

It's not very appealing to drink coffee with little chunks of "milk" floating on the top.

Does anyone know why this happens and if there is anything I can do to stop it?

I've tried shaking the creamer, but it doesn't help.

Thanks

i think what happens is that if you put it in coffee that is too hot the heat of the coffee curdles the silk. see if its curdled before you add it to the drink....if not, then that's probably the culprit. I have had this happen too. Just let the coffee cool a bit first.
