I'm taking a course called Global Food and Nutrition Issues this semester which has been excellent.  Anyway, it's spring break and I'm actually kind of missing the class, so I went is search of interesting material and came across this blog written by a food economist.  It isn't a vegetarian blog but has many issues (especially if you start searching the archives)that may be of interest to anyone with even a passing concern about nutrition/environment/social policies related to food and food production.
