I was looking at this recipe (http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=30249.0) for almond milk and I have a question.  The recipe is basically almond paste, water and sugar and the author indicates that you can make it "sugar-free".  However, I was under the impression that almond paste is a mixture of almonds and sugar--usually about 50-50.  So, even if you didn't add any extra sugar, this would still be a fairly sweet drink.  Is there another product called almond paste that is sugar free?  I would love to have on-demand almond milk but don't want the sugar.  Thanks!
