Western CT Potluck - October 4, 2008

Who would be interested in coming to my house for a potluck? Danbury CT is easily reachable via car off of I84, Metro North Train and even Amtrak.
The date is October 4th and anyone is welcome from 10am till 10pm (or later if prior arrangements have been made, like a pup tent!).
My kitchen is not huge but I have enough entertainment area that even if it rains we can still have quite a crowd.

I could maybe potluck sometime when I'm visiting my parents in Westchester. It's only like 45 min to Danbury. I don't think I'll be back down 'til Christmas though, on account of being busy and my parents making me bonkers and gas being crazy expensive.
Just NOT the weekend of the 11th,pleaaaaase!!! Ive got a wedding schindig in Beantown to (*hopefully)attend.

I think I should be better from my car accident by then! Its only 90 minutes from Long Island. :) Can I bring my boyfriend who also eats a vegan diet? He's the one who will be driving and he's a great guy.

Of course you can bring your boy NoIllusions! I dont know if mine will be hanging around but he is fine eating yummy vegan foods.

I wish I could have everyone to my house for a huge VW potluck. It would be so cool. I want to meet the AC, Hespedal, Pinkerbelle, Yabbit, the book family and ok well EVERYONE of you!

see, i think if we plan ahead, we could manage to get people to fly in.
but that is soo much $$$ these days. too bad we can't use our "carbon" offsets we naturally have by not eating fleshfoods to get discounts on airfare.

This is what they do on PPK. One big "Vegan--the Gathering" every year, I believe. Many people do fly in. It's a huge thing to organize though! And to make sure everyone is available to come! That could be a headache.
I was just thinking about this potluck again today! So excited! It's exactly two months away. :)
I'm a big. fat, MAYBE. Depends on whether or not my rugby team makes it to the regional championship and where that is....I gotta beat BeePs on notches though!

Well, I hope everyone nearby can come! It doesnt need to be at any specific time or for any specific length of time. I will probably just have food available all day and night anyways. haha
