Who would be interested in a north eastern potluck in Danbury CT?
Available dates are February or March weekends. Except for Feb 19-21.

let me talk with my people. it should be after 2 weeks b/c i'm doing the two week plan right now and, well, i want to eat MANY cookies at this event.

i'm open any weekend in march. cammers is moving at the end of the month so earlier would be better i think.

what if we did the second weekend in march? DR would be more likely to attend that weekend (she is out of town for work and gets back the first friday of the month so won't want to travel).

ALB is confirmed for this weekend. cams and i will be coming. LF and DR are unasked/undecided
Theme? Lets make it a Mexican weekend. Tamales, tortillas, enchiladas? Arros con Seitan?
There are plenty of other options as well if people are not keen on bringing anything stereotypical.
I would love to make my lime & chili veggie & tofu enchiladas. Maybe had a big pitcher of sangria and margaritas? haha
