Got my copy this week, and it looks so good!  Started my cooking tonight with the chickpea cutlets, soon to become a favorite I believe.  Baked them in the oven and they were just a little crispy on the outside and tender inside, fantastic.  Topped with punk rock chickpea gravy from VWAV and served with mashed potatoes, all in all very yummy.

Anyone got their copy and tried any recipes yet?
