Rachel Demuth's cookbooks?

Any UK people out there familiar with Rachel Demuth's vegetarian restaurant in Bath and have the cookbooks?  Any thoughts?

I just got her latest cookbook, Green Seasons, and am impressed by the first recipe I tried: Celeriac and Horseradish Burgers.  I love horseradish, so these rocked, but what made them even better is that they didn't crumble apart when I was eating them.  Looking forward to trying the other recipes.  For the record, the book isn't all vegan - some recipes are lacto-ovo.  But she's pretty good about offering vegan variations for most recipe (in the cookbook and in her restaurant).
