PETA's Vegan College Cookbook

Ok, I'm (way to easily) intrigued.  Does anyone have any experience w/this book?

Hey, i wonder if we can substitute beer wherever a recipe might otherwise call for milk ... >:D >:D >:D (i don't drink, just a play on one of PETA's previous campaigns...)

i'm not afraid to use a stove by any stretch - but all the same, i'm curious....

edited to add ("eta"): the following Amazon link (cheaper then on PETA's site):

http://www.amazon.com/PETAs-Vegan-College-Cookbook-Delicious/dp/1402218850

plus you can preview a bit of the book from Amazon.  Of course, if i thought the proceeds were going to help PETA, this might be one of the rare occasions where i'll intentfully pay more for something then needbe.
