Yeah for you!  The Brooklyn Pad Thai is fantastic.  Of course, you've got to try the Punk Rock Chickpea Gravy, too.  Oh, and those The Best Pumpkin Muffins really are the best.  Isa Pizza is superb.  I also love the Garlicky Kale with Tahini Dressing.  The Tempeh Reubens are awesome, as well.  These are just a few of my faves that I can recall off the top of my head.  Can you tell I love this cookbook?  ;)

Second willwolf. The Tahini Dressing is sooooooo scrumptious. I served it up with the falafel (also really good!) and SO delicious! You could serve it up on pasta or salad or just about anything.

On a lark, I made the Banana Pecan Pancakes for late breakfast yesterday afternoon and they were really good, too!

These are my staples.  hehe  Though every recipe I have tried, save one known pb cookie recipe turned out awesome.  Enjoy it PiP!

I received VWAV as a Christmas gift - and I never would have purchased it because the reviews on here have been lukewarm. That being said, the scones have TRANSFORMED my life! Screw cupcakes, scones are taking over my world!!!!  :D :D :D
