Horizon's: The Cookbook
Wow - is this a great cookbook. I was a seitan virgin until last night, when I made the seitan recipe with a mustard sauce and was it ever fabulous. Even my non-vegan son, who was a dinner guest last night, thought it was fabulous. I served it with roasted asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes and there was not a scrap of anything left. Tonight I'm trying the jerk grilled tofu, a curried rice salad and a salad of jicama, avocado, mandarin oranges and red onion. Yum!
