Interesting, thanks for the info! I wonder what the impetus was. Regardless, hopefully having the Good Housekeeping name could encourage some people to try it who may have previously thought vegan food was too "out there" or whatever.

Wow, I am speechless! I agree with laur b. - hopefully this will encourage some omnis to give vegan cooking a try and see that, hey, we're not so weird after all! :)>>>

I think publishers are realizing that vegan cookbooks are HOT ;)b
Betty Crocker already has a couple vegetarian cookbooks out...maybe she'll hop on the vegan cookbook bandwagon next.
