Please, I cannot stand it anymore without saying something...

Do please spay or neuter your pets, and do please keep them inside.  Pets allowed to roam devastate the ecosystem, kill wild animals, and live shorter, sicker lives. 

I know we all feel a duty to be kind to the helpless... well, nesting birds and young rabbits are also helpless.  Keep them inside.  And keep them from breeding, please.  It's so much better for their health, their bonding with you, and for the Earth.

That's my rant.  Now I'm lying low again until we talk about something else... we never seem to talk about food any more.  =)
