More animal lovers in Georgia!

Is there something in the water that makes idiots abuse dogs/cats/animals in GA?!
Why is there so much animal abuse in this state?! Glad, I'm moving back to NY...yet in a way sorry that I won't be able to save more dogs in GA that so desperately need to be saved....I'll always be thinking of the ones I leave behind.....the many many strays and abused dogs near my home. They're still out there....a neverending supply of them...so sad, very very sad..... :-\
