HOPE 4 CHINESE ANIMALS

This month at the 6th General meeting for Chinese officials, there was recognition that while China had grown to be a giant economic power (#2 in international GDP rankings), they needed to revitalize their "精神文明" in order to internationally apply "soft power" as a Culturally Great Country.
This gives us a reason to HOPE 4 the ANIMALS OF CHINA. Why?
The physical aspects of a "culture" are listed as wealth, science, military strength... The "精神文明" aspects incorporate MORALITY, RIGHTS, etc...
Although the impetus for wanting to increase the general level of "精神文明"( MORALITY, RIGHTS, ...) is purely financial, the outcome for the ANIMALS gives us a glimmer of hope.
