Babies have arrived at the wildwife refuge where I volunteer. Now that I have a digital camera, you guys get to see everyone! Feel free to post your on cute animal pictures on here too. The first one is a baby flying squirrel... His fur is unbelievably soft. I had to restrain myself from playing with him so he doesn't become human imprinted.
Some guy dropped off these three domestic ducks & chicken even after he was told we don't take domestic animals. They have obviously been raised together (easter presents maybe?) because the chicken seems to think he is a duck!
Here is a kestrel. I don't really think he is cute because he tried to bite me, but other people seem to think he looks cute with the cast on his wing.

a couple years ago i got to hold a baby raccoon & a baby groundhog and they were so sweet. the raccoon was totally hugging me.
I love raccoons! I'm not allowed near them at this place though because I don't have my rabies vaccine
The place I used to volunteer, a long time ago was relaly lax about their rules & got to feed raccoons all the time.
yeah the ones i held weren't wild - they were from an animal trainer so im assuming rabies-free..
